Artist Showing through July 12th at

 Tacoma Art Place

TACOMA FIBER ARTIST

Bo Chambers

Bo is showing a collection of her recent work -- beautiful tapestry wall hangings -- inspired by texture, color and design.  Each is a unique original made from metal and frames, wrapped with textured fabrics and woven with yarns and fabric strips, and mounted with branches, shells, beads and other natural fibers with a Native American flair.

Bo uses mostly recycled materials and often can be found creating her pieces at Tacoma Art Place.

Be inspired.  Many years of Bo's life were spent using drugs and alcohol.  Because of her addiction, she was homeless, helpless and abused.  Learn Bo's story about how art helped her turn her life around.

A 20% charitable donation of proceeds from the sale of any work during this showing will be donated to Tacoma Art Place.

Big, Hot New Developments!

The kilns and darkroom are installed. Do you want to teach photography or pottery?  Very special thanks to the International Brotherhoord of Electrical Workers of Tacoma for donating time and funds to finish installation of the equipment.  We're so grateful to have such great community partners.
