Tacoma Art Place (TAP) is 100% volunteer supported. To fulfill our potential we need gifts, money and equipment. Right now, financial gifts will fund equipment, rent and insurance. You’re probably pretty smart about choosing to give to sustainable organizations. So, you’ll be pleased to know that our business plan is for memberships to cover ongoing operations. Future grants will underwrite membership for underserved people and for new arts equipment and programs in a variety of mediums. Most importantly, TAP provides space for low-cost classes, creating art and community events -- and the community can support these efforts.

$250/Studio Sponsor:  membership of choice/transferable if desired; thanked publicly in  TAP newsletter and annual report; invitation for 2 to annual TAP Art Appreciation Event  ($202 may be tax deductible if the membership is donated.  Actual membership price is subtracted if donor keeps the membership and then the remainder is tax deductible)

$500/Renaissance Donor:  2 memberships of choice/both transferable if desired; thanked publicly on website,  TAP newsletter and annual report.  Invitation for 4 for annual TAP Art Appreciation Event.  ($404 may be tax deductible if the memberships are donated.  Actual membership price is subtracted if donor keeps the membership/s and the remainder is tax deductible)

$1,000/Arts Benefactor: 4 memberships of choice/all transferable; thanked publicly on website, in TAP newsletter and special recognition in annual report; invitation for 8 to annual TAP Art Appreciation Event ($808 may be tax deductible if the memberships are donated.  Actual membership price is subtracted if donor keeps the membership/s and the remainder is tax deductible)

Class Sponsors - a class sponsorship donation generally is $100 (more in some instances and may be in-kind) for equipment/supplies needed for a specific class at TAP.  Your name (and/or organization) will be noted on class materials and promotion.  100% tax deductible. 

Event Sponsors - donations (cash or in-kind) of equipment or services for our events are at these levels:

    Event Contributing Sponsor - $250

    Event Supporting Sponsor - $500

    Event Sustaining Sponsor - $1,000

Equipment Sponsor:  If you can help us with the purchase of the next piece of equipment on our wish list please let us know.  100 tax deductible (if unrestricted)

Artwalk Sponsor-$375 for one show or $1,000 for a series of three monthly shows.
  These funds will be used for advertising and refreshments for our monthly Artwalk shows.        Sponsorship will be noted in all advertising for these events.

       $250 - Artist Corporate Advocate: thanked publicly on website, in TAP newsletter and special recognition in annual report; invitation for 2 to annual TAP Art Appreciation Event.  100% tax deductible.
